Therm-All Insulation Inc. was incorporated in March, 2002 by Ronald W. Tirko, owner and President. Mr. Tirko graduated of Coughlin High School, Wilkes Barre, PA then moved on to pursue an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. He earned a certificate of completion in the apprenticeship program of Local # 38 Heat and Frost Insulator Workers Union of Wilkes Barre/Scranton, PA. Today, Mr. Tirko oversees the day to day operation of his company.

Due to continued growth and success of its business, in 2007, Therm-All Insulation purchased the Landmark building that once the main headquarters of Mama Nardone's Bakery on Wood Street, Wilkes Barre. This 16,000 square foot building is used as a warehouse for insulation materials, a manufacturing center for custom made removable blankets and prefab metal jacketing, as well as the main headquarters of the company.

Therm-All Insulation is a member of the Greater Wilkes Barre Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
